1. Scope of Service

Services provided by QTC include but are not limited to: product testing, on-site inspection, 2nd/3rd party auditing, compliance consulting, and training.

2. IntegrityView™ Usage Rules

When clients use the IntegrityView™ digital platform to view live audit streams or reports, they must comply with the following:

• Accounts are restricted to authorized personnel only; sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Data on the platform must not be used for any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.
• QTC reserves the right to suspend services due to client violations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All report templates, technical solutions, and software copyrights of the IntegrityView™ platform provided by QTC belong to QTC. Clients only obtain the right to use within the business scope.

4. Disclaimer

QTC's inspection reports only reflect the objective conditions at the time and place of inspection. QTC is not liable for consequences resulting from unrepresentative samples or false information provided by the client.

5. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes should be resolved amicably through negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the People's Court at QTC's location.
