What is DUPRO？
During Production Inspection (DUPRO) is typically conducted when production is 30% to 50% complete. At this time, some products are packed, while others are still on the assembly line. DUPRO checks both finished product quality and deeply inspects the processing status of semi-finished products.
Why do you need DUPRO？
This is the last chance to save an order. If batch issues are discovered now, the factory still has time and materials to rework or remediate, avoiding delivery delays.

Production Progress Verification

Go deep into each process (e.g., sewing, assembly, painting) to check the integration and appearance of semi-finished products, ensuring products flowing to the next process are qualified.
Production Record Verification
Check the factory's self-inspection records (QC Report) and daily production reports to confirm if their internal quality control system is truly operating.
On-site Corrective Actions
For correctable issues found, immediately require the factory to adjust equipment parameters or operational techniques, and verify the effect after improvement.
