For high-value goods or orders with exceptionally strict quality requirements, random sampling may not be enough. We offer full inspection services, screening each item individually to ensure every product sent to your customer is defect-free.
What is Full Inspection Services？
100% Inspection means the inspector checks the appearance and main functions of every single product (not just samples) in the entire batch. It is usually conducted after the factory finishes packaging, or in a dedicated inspection center. Passed items will be repacked with a passed label, while defective ones are rejected and returned.
Why is Full Inspection Needed?
When the product is a luxury item, high-tech electronics, or if the previous batch had severe quality issues, full inspection is the only way to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
Full Inspection Process
Assembly-line style operation, efficient and precise
Unpack Unit by Unit
Unpack all products and take them out. This process requires careful handling to avoid damaging original packaging materials.
100% Cosmetic Check
Inspectors perform a quick and careful visual check of all six sides of every product, identifying appearance defects like scratches, stains, and damages.
Critical Functional Test
Conduct core functional tests for every product (e.g., power on/off, zipper smoothness, LED lighting) to ensure normal functioning.
Defect Isolation
Discovered defective products are immediately affixed with a red 'Failed' label and isolated in designated red turnover boxes to prevent mixing with good products.
Good Product Repackaging
Passed products will be repacked as originally received and affixed with a QTC Passed Label.
Carton Sealing & Supervision
After all good products are packed, the outer carton will be sealed using QTC proprietary tape or seals, preventing the factory from swapping them out after inspection.
